As I recall this was an excursion Richmond to Clifton Forge early in 611s first rebirth. There was a stop here on the C&O along the river where there is an interchange track going up to the N&W Shenandoah Line. N&W excursion on C&O was most unusual. My Dad & I chased for hours, one of the few times he went railfanning with me.
