On the evening of June 13th, 2025, southbound CTrail train 4463, led by CTDX GE P40BH 6702, passes the Sackett Point Road grade crossing on the MRS (Hartford) Line in North Haven, Connecticut. CTrail recognizes ENS Sign Awareness Day, observed on June 24, which highlights the importance of the blue and white Emergency Notification System signs posted at every railroad crossing. These signs display a unique crossing ID number and a toll-free emergency phone number, allowing the public to quickly report hazards such as stuck vehicles or malfunctioning gates so railroads can respond immediately to prevent accidents.
