2999 Lady of Legend is a newly built British locomotive, completed in 2019. This locomotive operates from its base in Didcot, Oxfordshire, and makes guest appearances on heritage railways throughout the UK.
Minehead station has a fantastic market for secondhand books, mainly about railways, offered at very affordable prices, many of them at ￡1. It's a delight to enjoy the experience of a journey on this preserved railway and spend time browsing interesting books. A good example is the one shown in the photo "Lost Railway Journeys" which chronicles railway journeys around the world, many of which have since disappeared. Obviously I bought it.
