Nevada Northern 250, a 1956 EMD SD9E, made its inaugural runs on July 25, 2025. Here they are heading west (railroad south) on the Ore Line towards Keystone, with East Ely below them.
This locomotive was recently repainted into a commemorative paint scheme for the semiquincentennial of the United States next year, and was previously numbered 204.
