| A dual mode locomotive is bringing a train of bilevel cars west on the RVL as it approaches its crossing over the Bound Brook. This area is prone to flooding and improvements have been made here in recent years to better accommodate for flood waters to flow under the rail line here, thus opening up this vantage. |
