| Shuffling through Sacramento.
Sacramento Southern Railroad (SSRR) SW8 no. 2030 is seen shunting cars in the yard at the California State Railroad Museum, assembling the passenger consist for the weekend's excursions. The SSRR is the operating arm of the museum, running excursion trains along the Sacramento River. Locomotive 2030 was originally built in 1951 for the US Army, and was purchased by the museum in 1995. |
