NS 869, one of 19 remaining ALCOs on Norfolk Southern’s roster, leads C04s shove move before backing into the Juniata Backshop. This RP-E6Y yard slug was converted from a Norfolk and Western ALCO RSD12 at some point, and will likely be placed into storage and eventually retired in Altoona. |
