“TC-82 in the Siding @ SD”

On a rainy July 10th, 2025, Long Island Rail Road’s "TC-82" Track Geometry Vehicle idles in the siding just east of the SD Block Limit, as "Greenport Scoot" train 905 stops at the station in Southold, New York on the Main Line. Built by Plasser American Corporation, TC-82 is used to perform track inspections across the LIRR system.
