| A very rare move for the Penn Southern to work on a Wednesday but this FRA office car had to be brought to their shops. With fresh snow, they picked this car up from CSX. The Army Depot is partially public now as it greatly reduced size around 1999 or so but after 2001, operations have picked up. We stumbled across this move almost entirely by accident. |
