| This five day old train has been sitting here for over two days without a crew. Due to the reroutes from the Oneida, NY wreck, the Philadelphia Sub. has been a disaster the past week with trains sitting everywhere without crews. Note: The train arrived Chester early Friday evening and did not depart until about 8PM Sunday night. |
