| If you imagine a Canadian National herald on the tender instead of the Strasburg lettering, this shot could be from the 1940s as 0-6-0 31 switches a small yard in New England or eastern Canada. Note the shadow detail of the engine on the adjacent CV boxcar, thanks to the low winter sun angle. |
