| 28K is an as needed train, carrying extra autoracks from NS 309 and is shown stretched across the Viaduct downtown dipping under I90 at CP Cloggsville. I found it ironic that 28K ran, as 309 followed about 20 minutes later with a train of about 12 cars, none of which were autoracks. |
