| A crowd waits to see the BNSF GEVO at San Pedro during the Rail Festival. In the back is the Port of Los Angeles. The other folks lined up on the bottom right are waiting to see ATSF 3751. When I got in the cab of the GEVO the very friendly gentleman showing the engine was asked what kind of engine it was. When he hemmed and hawed, I said it was an ES44DC. He responded, "the railfans always know, us guys who work 'em never do." |
