Only about 10 feet from one of the last two last wig-wags in the State of Washington, the local blocks one of the major crossings in town at Kamiaken Street. PCC 4204 and a few grainers bound for Moscow, ID are in tow. The engineer saw the lucky photographer running, backpack full of books and all, and was nice enough to slow down to let so this shot could be captured going through town. Thanks Mr. Engineer! That aside, check out the horn on this beast! This unit used to belong to Seaboard Systems (L&N) many moons ago.
