| NS 14Q ducks under CR 17 eastbound approaching Goshen, IN. US 33 parallels the Water Level Route from Elkhart to Goshen and they have those handy emergency parking bays all along that stretch. I think they should say, 'Emergency Railfan Parking Bay'. But that's just my .02. |
