| The inaugural VIP service, the 11.01 from London St.Pancras to Paris Nord, passes Southfleet Junction, where the new section of HS1 joins the old route to Waterloo. This section of line to Fawkham Junction where it joined the third-rail electric line will no longer be used and the Eurostars will run on 25Kv overhead AC power only. |
