| The UP hogger gives a friendly wave to two maintainers working on CP Ninth Street on the East Bank Line of the River Subdivsion. UP freight on this line can be heading east or west. Eastbounds can come in from the Alhambra Sub, Santa Barbara Sub, or Valley Sub and head south here to reach the Alameda Corridor. This train turned south of here to head out on the Los Angeles Sub towards Colton. SD70M 4237 is one of the older SD70Ms with flat radiators and was delivered in the Fall of 2000. |
