The Winnipeg Turn (also known as the Noyes Local) leaves North Dakota and enters Minnesota on a bitter cold morning behind a trio of H1 Geeps. Temps were -18°F with wind chills down to about -47°F...almost cold enough to declare me insane for being out railfanning. Find out if I'm really insane at Grand Forks Railfanning.
