A single Norfolk Southern Dash 9-40CW 9266 leads the "Fu-Var" (Fuquay-Varina, NC) train through Fayetteville, North Carolina, on October 30, 2002. This train originates in beautiful downtown Fuquay-Varina, NC. Fu-Var is on the mainline of the original grey NS with the line to Fayetteville being a branch off of that main line.
