Norfolk & Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad has been around since 1898, now owned 57% by Norfolk Southern and 43% by CSX Transportation, they switch industries and terminals in the South Side area of Hampton Roads, Virginia. Operating NS equipment, they interchange with both owners as well as Bay Coast Railroad and the Chesapeake & Albemarle.
