The NHVR’s little Vulcan leads Flagg Coal 75 out of Bonsal as the Appex FD keeps an eye out for fires set by coal-burning 75.  A couple of weeks earlier, 75 kept the Fairfield Co. FD quite busy while running on the SC's Rockton, Rion, & Western.
