This Belt Railway Yard Chicago, IL to Northtown, MN freight is almost stopped at Savanna depot to change crews. The train has just past thru the CTC Crossovers at Savanna, which is the signals in the background. Not all trains change crews at Savanna nowdays, just trains that make connections in Chicago do.
