| The ARR's annual "Colony Christmas Train" is seen parked at the historic Palmer depot at the end of the 6 mile Palmer branch line. This train is the one and only time this trackage is used each year as it is normally out of service beyond the airport industrial lead switch one mile to the south. It is put in service one day only to walk this train in to the historic depot which now serves as a community center and hosts a Christmas fair. |
