This is the 1st mishap with these GEs,she derailled at Burn bank Ont and the bottom of the fuel tank ripped open on the rails.The bottom plate used to be 3/16`` thick, on the SD70I, it,s been changed to a ?``thick to prevent spillage in such situation.
