| On Oct 8, 1845, the first iron T-rail was rolled out at the Montour Iron Works in Danville Pa. Every year we celebrate that day with our Iron Heritage Festival. The North Shore Railroad operates excursions from Danville to Bloomsburg and Northumberland. |
