Coal loads bound for Mingo Juction, Ohio with a nice mix of power are crossing the old Erie main into Cleveland, now known as NS's Randall Secondary. Note, the scrap yard to the left of the frame with the razor wire guarding the property from would be thieves, reminds me of the fences around a prison.
