| Rare FOUR lead-unit train in Japan. Let me explain how this happened. Old and my most favorite domestic locomotive class ED75 in this image is being replaced by the new class EH500 year by year. Today ED75 123 & 109 are on their last move to Kohriyama workshop (250km north of Tokyo) to be scrapped, which are seen as the third and fourth units in this consist. They are hauled by the remaining colleagues of ED75 1033 & 1024 under the clear winter sky. It was two years ago already and the 1033 & 1024 have also gone last year... |
