Dwarf position light signals guard Isle interlocking as 21M is about to enter the main span of the historic Ohio Connecting Bridge. In the early 1900's the OC bridge featured a mid-bridge spur to a Rail Elevator that allowed coal hoppers to be shuttled to a power plant on Brunot's Island.
