Remarks & Notes

As one of Australia's closest cousins to an SD40, C508 wheels a long train of concrete sleepers through the S curves at Murgheboluc, near Geelong. To assist with the 2,640 tonne load, ALCo 80s1 is pushing in the rear, out of sight.
