| During the first major snow storm of the year in northeast Ohio, NS’s Ashtabula Harbor is all but still as a lone high hood GP38-2 and mate sit idle in the blowing snow and near 55 mph winds. Note, a string of covered hoppers to the right is a rarity as this yard usually only sees coal gons. |
