| Eastbound 148 crosses the snow covered Beaver Creek Trestle (873') after getting a clear signal at Cambell (E.E. Posm) due to the eastbound 236 just two blocks ahead. The heavy wet snow the night before caused a lot of problems for both NS and CSX in this area with dozens of trees down across the tracks. The Lynchburg area got close to one foot of snow, one of the best snow falls we have seen in a long time. Canon EOS 50D |
