| Southbound Amtrak train #89 approaches the crew from CSX #5320. Their time has expired and they have been sitting for hours as switches on the old RF&P have failed. Southbound trains are stacked 5 deep as Amtrak train #89 is picking up crews as it heads south towards Acca Yards in Richmond. |
