| Perhaps not a spectacular scene, I was just thrilled to see snow for the first time in a couple years and to (barely) catch up with F728 as it takes the west leg of the Parmele (pronounced parm-uh-lee) wye from the Parmele Sub onto the Tarboro Sub, both Eastern NC branchlines. The train was stranded in Greenville the previous evening due to "HEAVY SNOW"...or at least that's what we call it down here. |
