Remarks & Notes

A Long Beach, CA (Long Beach Container Terminal - OOCL) to Chicago, IL stack train rolls east thru the west end of Baring. Baring is located at MP 290 on the Marceline Sub, which is 58 miles west of Ft Madison, IA in northern Missouri. Lots of old signals still exist on the Ex-Santa Fe transcon, but a signal project is on the way west out of Ft Madison replacing these old signals.
