CSX E816 empty hopper train passes thru High Rock located at BA198.2 about 3 miles or so RR east of downtown Keyser off US220 but the actual photo was taken from rural Keyser off High Rock. The Potomac River divides Maryland on the left & WVa right, this telephoto picture doesn't do this lofty spot justice as you can literly see for miles and the view of the mountian ranges are some of the best west of Cumberland,Md.
