| With the train "Le Vapeur Swiss Express" the large mountain 241 P 17 is on the last leg from Basel to Mulhouse. The four cylinder 4-8-2 with about 4000 HP and 120 km p.h. max. speed was built by Schneider/Le Creusot/France between 1947 and 1949 and in service for the SNCF till 1966. Since 2006 operational again the locomotive belongs to the association "Les Chemins de fer du Creusot".
