| One of the grain elevators in Oakesdale towers above the 316 in the late afternoon sun. The railroad moves a large amount of grain traffic out of Oakesdale, reflecting the agricultural traffic that has been the reason for this lines existence since it was first laid down. Four railroads and almost 100 years later, grain is still king on this line. |
