| A NS northbound manifest with a string of chip hoppers at the front of the train arrives at Jefferson Ave. for a crew change. Up till the mid 90's Jefferson Ave. crossed the tracks here, and the tracks were bounded by a large scrapyard. The area has certainly changed since and this vantage point is from a parking deck built on top of a newly renovated warehouse. |
