Bad Moon rising? The class unit of the CSX C40-8 fleet sits patiently at the Amtrak station in Cumberland. The reason for the wait, not only an inbound Q316, but more importantly the arrival of helper B246. The lone SD40-2 will be cut in mid-train, 55 cars deep for the climb up Sand Patch, where it will meet up with an almost 10,000 foot long Q216 at Yoder.
