| The water in the Cedar River this morning is showing that the outside temperature isn't very warm. Matter of fact it is around -25 degrees wind chill as the North Crew works their way across Waterloo as they head north towards Manly. The Iowa Northern shutdown for around 36 hours to let the 1st storm of the season past, today they will get back on track. |
