| After getting the signal at Falwell to head south, NS 352 passes what was once the Ales crossing just south of Montview Yard. This train usually runs between Roanoke and Altavista on the former VGN and then heads south on the former Southern, but today they ran to Lynchburg on the former N&W and around the wye to the Southern.
