An ex. Southern Pacific Police caboose, now used as a shoving platform for this remote controlled yard job, brings up the rear as an ex. Missouri Pacific GP38-2 leads it short train toward Kern Jct. The train has just returned to Bakersfield after switching the local industries in Edison, CA, 7 miles railroad south of Bakersfield.
