Remarks & Notes

After waiting for an eastbound UP and a power move, this westbound Z-train is back on the move at Argyle. This train will crossover from main 2-1 here around a work gang working west of Argyle. The BNSF Transcon Mainline skirts the far southeast corner of Iowa, for only 20 miles between MP 232 and 252, Argyle is located 12 miles west of Ft. Madison, IA, at MP 246.
