| With the Winter season close to its end, green foliage returns to the trees surrounding the double track line to La Plata which bisects the Pereyra Iraola Park, between General Gutierrez and Villa Elisa. Private operator Nuevo Central Argentino moves the train of empty flat cars with two GM-EMD GR12W's, #6596 in the head end and #6603 bringing back the rear. It is the return leg of the then daily train to the Ensenada Steel Mill
