BO22, just got on board Norfolk Southern 8852 at Homestead Yard, as they prepare to pull 50 coal cars east towards Ironville, so they can shove back on the yard lead and deliver the coal to Toledo Edison's Bayshore Power Plant, while the sign warns of empty locomotives.
