| Basically the only customer at the end of the line at Oelwein is Transco Repair Facility. Here the Oelwein crew comes around the wye to put their inbound cars away and pickup their outbound cars from Transco. This was once a huge Chicago Great Western yard that went 4 ways out of town. Only one mainline remains today, to Waterloo. The track to the left was once mainline to Chicago. |
