Alcos! Once upon a time they were nearly everywhere and traveling railfans could write ahead and recieve a release easily and professionally. GB&W offered one for a full week! When shown to the Milwaukee Road superintendent in town, he had the railroad's clerk hand type one directly from the GB&W's form, also good for a week.
