        Remarks & Notes
A UTA FrontRunner commute rambles north through Grant Tower in downtown Salt Lake City. Missing from this landscape is the North Temple viaduct, demolished and removed a few months ago. At right, a Manitowoc 777T 220-ton Conventional Latticeboom Truck Crane is in position to assist in the replacement of the North Temple viaduct. The new bridge will include light rail trackage leading to the Salt Lake International Airport. In addition, the replacement bridge will include an interchange station between the new elevated TRAX line and the existing ground level FrontRunner route. When all of the construction is complete, this perspective should look a whole lot different than it does today!
