Once a train on the IMRL, the Hoffman Ave, MN, to Kansas City, KS, autos roll down the Spineline north of Hampton, about 40 miles south of Mason City, IA. When the UP was awarded this business, the CP power did run thru out of St. Paul many times. This business was gain back by CP/DM&E a few years later when UP started putting this business on normal freight trains.
