| Built in 1893 for New South Wales Government Railways 3237 "LACHLAN" works hard upgrade into Merrygoen with 16 passenger cars and assisted in the rear by preserved ALCO's 4486 built in 1967 and 4473 built in 1966 on a charter special. The train will split into two here with the steam loco and 4 cars going straight ahead to Binnaway and the diesels will take the track to the left for Dunedoo, all will return later in the day and reunite for the trip back to Dubbo. |
